Uninstalling MetaManagerTM

MetaManagerTM is installed on a named user basis, and each user must have a License Key assigned from BSP Software. In the event that you need to uninstall the software, it is important to release the license and free up the License Key so that it may be used on another machine or in the event you wish to re-install the software. To uninstall the product, you must:

  1. Open the MetaManagerTM Control Panel (Start, All Programs, MetaManager, MetaManager Control Panel).

  2. If a Master Password has been established, enter it when prompted and select OK.

  3. From the Tool Bar select: Tools > Release License

  4. Select “OK” when it asks you to verify you want to release the license.

  1. From your computer's Control Panel, select Add or Remove Programs.

  2. From the Add or Remove Programs window, navigate to MetaManagerTM in the list and select the Remove button.

  3. Select Yes when prompted to confirm your selection.

Note: Uninstalling the product will not remove your specific settings (connection setup, master password, etc.) so that in the event you re-install the product, these settings will be retained.
