Activity Feed

The Activity Feed feature is only for administrators and can be used as a quick glimpse of recent activity within the environment, currently for reports and dashboards. When the Activity Feed link is selected from the ICS button a fly-out appears and gives the user a list of the last 50 reports and dashboards that have been modified, accompanied with additional information.

The administrator can see:

• Who made the change?

• What report was modified?

• What properties in the report were modified?

Search

Search allows the user to search for revision history comments and control numbers for any versioned object in the content store.  A list of objects will appear after the search is performed and the user is then able to hit the ‘Open Revision History’ icon and view the revision history directly from there.
